Q: When will the Feasibility Study begin, given that the funding window remains open until August 2025?

A: The feasibility study will commence as soon as the capital has been raised…if the capital is not raised by 8/31/2025, then we will assume that there is not enough community support for the project to make it viable, cease operation of the LLC, and return all contributions received from the community to the contributors.

Q: If found feasible, in what year would you expect doors to be open to the public?

A: We plan to open as quickly as possible with a minimum viable product, and continue expanding operations as construction phases are completed, the feasibility study may adjust the timeline, but we’re hoping for 18 months for a grand opening.  I’m hoping that the funds will be raised for the study by 2/28/25, putting us at a Fall 2026 opening.
