Are you, like many of us, frustrated with the current state of indoor racquet sports and the lack of family-friendly activity-based social experiences in our region? The Southern Tier/Triple Cities area of Upstate New York faces a significant shortfall in high-quality indoor racquet sports facilities. Many existing facilities have shifted their focus away from community needs, leading to increased membership fees, reduced customer service, and limited options for sports like tennis, pickleball, badminton, and table tennis. This dissatisfaction highlights the community’s need for dedicated, state-of-the-art indoor sports facilities that cater to a broader audience.
Our vision is to create a welcoming, modern, and inclusive venue where individuals from all walks of life can come together to learn, play, and foster a growing community of racquet and social sports enthusiasts. This facility will not only cater to existing racquet and social sports enthusiasts but also attract new members by offering diverse… sports options and programs. With additional amenities such as food and beverage services, retail outlets, and complementary services like yoga and Pilates, Hawk Creek will redefine the sports club experience, making it a cornerstone for sporting excellence and community engagement in our region.
Can this vision become reality?
Yes, but we need to be cautious and ensure the viability of this solution by conducting an independent and thorough feasibility study by engaging industry leaders with significant experience in this space. After extensive research, we believe that the perfect partner for this study is Ground Rule/TAG Project Management. Ground Rule/TAG understands the value of proper planning for sporting facility projects and will conduct a crucial analysis to verify the accuracy and relevance of our plan. This will ensure that we have the necessary information to determine the project’s viability, secure funding, and design and program the proposed facility.
